This crossover-between-High-School-Musical-and-Beyonce's- Single-Ladies-video Star Wax commercial has been hanging around the idiot box for a while now. I find it funny because:
1. The dance is just hilarious, primarily because of the steps and incidentally because the girl actually knows how to do them awkwardly.
2. She looks a hell lot like Demi Lovato.
3. It's a commercial about floor wax. I repeat: Floor wax.
Pinoys really have a way of flaunting products, be it stupid, creative or heartwarming. I've been snooping around YouTube searching for TV ads that fall into the third category and the search box led me to these:
"Para kanino ka bumabangon?" translates into "Who do you wake up for?"
Do you guys remember this? It appeared probably four years ago. I'd forgotten about its existence but I somehow unearthed it from the crevices of YouTube by coincidence.
Bonus video: Shane Dawson made it to a McDonald's commercial. Shocked?
