Hold It

It is with immense regret that I tell you all, today is the last day of May. The last day of May, roughly translating into the last day of summer vacation--

--which means I won't blog as much as I have the past two months (but it's not like you will lose anything). Tomorrow, we will be greeting June as well as terrorists disguising as teachers, stifling classrooms, the aroma of body odor from gym class, crappy campus comfort rooms and even crappier cafeteria food. So celebrate because we will be, once again, in the realm of learning.

I will be finishing up my enrollment tomorrow and in the coming days I will be busy moving my stuff and butt into where I'll be residing during class days. The opening exercises will be held on Monday next week and I am expected to wear something orange (student org thing), which is the only color devoid in my wardrobe. Also it is the only color I'd hate to wear, aside from sky blue.

My uncharacteristically gloomy tone is probably reeking out of this blog post, so I apologize. I'm honestly excited to start college, but I'm not thrilled to cut off my leisure time. I saw my class schedule yesterday and it looks life-threatening-- I have classes that start at seven in the morning and those that end at half past five in the afternoon. I also have a Math class that runs from ten am to one pm. Whoever said that college class schedules are breezy is going to die alone.

PS. I chose this palette because I am incredibly bipolar. They say anything related to earth connotes unchangeability, so if ever my mind takes a turn and decides to redesign the blog again, I will stare at the blog and remember that I cannot change anything.

  2. Yep, that is one advantage. I'm pretty excited to meet new people.
